Westport Inn

Upon my arrival I was greeted by Sofie with a big smile, she went over everything I needed to know about my stay and answered any questions I had. The rooms are nicely renovated and clean, water pressure was good and the heat was warm. Can’t ask for much more than that.

Love the location, nice and quiet area. Clean cozy rooms, always have the best sleeps. The front desk workers are always nice and very helpful. I always recommend this hotel to all my family and friends

I wanted to leave a review for this place because every time I come here I get greeted with amazing staff and a great hotel room. Ruby is always so delightful and extremely helpful for whenever we’ve stayed in Grand Prairie. Goes above and beyond with customer service and kindness. The rooms are spacious and a great layout. The new renovations they they’ve gone through really vamp up the suite. Extremely comfortable, CLEAN, and includes a kitchenette! Nothing more I can ask for, out of a hotel! Thanks again!!

The room had everything I needed, and I really liked its design. The location was perfect for me because I was working at Costco, and the hotel is right nearby. The service was amazing. I was late for my schedule, and the receptionist, Sophie, arranged a ride for me to Costco—especially helpful because it was –22°C. It was wonderful. I really loved it.

Very accommodating when we visited awaiting surgery for my son. Rooms were newly renovated, had fully supplied kitchenettes so it was nice to purchase groceries for our stay.

It was an overnight stay, I was very happy with the Renovated room, so spacious, equipped with fridge , counter stove , microwave. There was a continental breakfast , which was fine with us cause we were on the go . Overall great place to stay. Near all amenities. Shout out to Sofie, very friendly, was ready to accommodate anything we were missing. Definitely will stay there again.

I recently stayed at the Westport Inn and was thoroughly impressed. The renovations look fantastic—everything feels fresh, modern, and welcoming. My room was spotless, with clean linens, a comfortable bed, and all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. Added bonus, it is in very close proximity to shopping and is an extremely quick drive to Costco. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a clean, updated place to stay with top-notch service. I’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic! I always give fair reviews, and I have to say—I absolutely love this place. The AC works perfectly, there’s a kitchenette with a full-sized fridge, the beds are firm and comfortable, and the room has no smell. The huge TV and little coffee maker are a nice touch, and the seating is convertible for extra convenience. This spot feels more secure than other places around here, making it great for families. The receptionist has been fast, friendly, honest, and very helpful. It’s only my first day, but I already have such a positive impression. I’ll leave photos and a full review after my week’s stay, but I wanted to make sure fellow travelers don’t miss out on this wonderful place!

The free breakfast was another highlight — a great variety of options to start the day, all well-prepared and nicely presented. Overall, I’d highly recommend the Westport Inn to anyone visiting the area. Between the friendly staff, updated rooms, and excellent amenities, it’s a fantastic place to stay!

Clean, updated rooms, good amenities, friendly courteous staff. Kitchenette was great for the home away from home. Sofie at reception was very pleasant and helpful, and made you feel welcome for staying.
